Kushal Byabasaya Paramarsha Tatha Talim Kendra Pvt. Ltd. was registered in Cottage and small industries office at Bara in BS 2065/66 with the motive to provide skill training to unemployed youths. We are working on a nationwide scale since 2008 AD providing enterprise and employment to the marginal population focusing on the women, Dalit, Janjati, Religious Minority, Madhesi and others, who are discriminated. Our program also includes unemployed youths who are out of school, under SEE and also women who have knowledge but not skill to use that as an enterprise for economic gain.

Main Objectives Of The Organization
- Conduct Feasibility study as Area Potential Survey(APS) conduct for the exploration of local resources, manpower, economic condition, geographical status, employment generation etc.
- Conduct Feasibility Study and market exploration for the gap of the
labour market for wage employment and self-employment. - Innovation/Research for the new trade/technology.
- Product development and testing for new trade identification/exploration for enterprise development and employment creation

Provid e Entrepreneurship skill development and employment generation training. - Provide skill training as per
labor market demand and provide CCCc services to create employment by developing skills. -
Provid e entrepreneurial skill through coaching, counseling & consultancy and credit linkage to the unemployed youths and micro entrepreneurs as per market demand. -
Suppor t to the market linkage for sales of the products produces by entrepreneurs. -
Provid e skill training to the unemployed youth and those have semi skills people to fulfill thelabor demand of employer, industries/companies, NGOs/INGOs and GOs. - Develop manuals and tools for the orientation and training of enterprising.
